1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all access and use of the airionplay platform, including the website at airionplay.vu, the mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account on airionplay, you confirm that you are entering into a binding agreement with the platform operator and that you accept these Terms in full.

airionplay reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all players accessing airionplay from the Philippines. The platform is intended solely for use by residents of the Philippines and is operated in the Philippine Peso currency only.

2 Eligibility

To register and use airionplay, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in and accessing the platform from the Philippines.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from airionplay or self-excluded through the platform's responsible gaming tools.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of the platform operator.

airionplay reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met. Winnings generated by ineligible accounts may be voided.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on airionplay. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. airionplay is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. airionplay will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately through the platform.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• airionplay reserves the right to close accounts that show signs of shared access or misuse.

4 Verification and KYC

Identity verification through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process is required before real-money gaming is enabled and before any withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement for online gaming platforms and is in place to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

As part of KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, Philippine national ID, SSS card, or similar).
• A recent proof of address document (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by the airionplay compliance team.

airionplay reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity while verification is pending. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe or that submit fraudulent documents will be permanently closed, and any balance may be forfeited.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on airionplay are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance. Supported payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals include GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfer, and Philippine online banking.

airionplay does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for gaming deposits or withdrawals. Any attempt to transact through unsupported channels will be declined.

Key payment rules:

• Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment channel used and may take additional time during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• airionplay reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider for transactions.

6 Gaming Rules

airionplay offers a range of gaming categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker), sports betting, and other games available on the platform. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or betting interface.

General gaming rules that apply across all categories:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. airionplay does not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a documented technical error on the platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the round may be voided and stakes returned to your account balance. airionplay's decision on voided rounds is final.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change up until the time of an event. airionplay reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published in error.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified random number generation systems or live dealer activity. airionplay does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of game results. Large winnings may be subject to additional verification before being credited or withdrawn.

Sports betting on airionplay covers events including PBA and NBA basketball, Philippine volleyball, boxing, football, and esports, alongside major international competitions. Available markets and events may change based on scheduling and provider availability.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on airionplay and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform or place bets on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or unintended game behavior for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financially fraudulent activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to access platform systems outside of normal user interaction.

airionplay monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules. All decisions regarding account suspensions and closures made under this section are final.

8 Responsible Gaming

Online gaming involves financial risk. airionplay does not guarantee wins, promise returns, or represent gaming as a reliable source of income. All players are encouraged to approach gaming as a form of entertainment with a clearly defined personal budget.

airionplay provides the following responsible gaming tools, available from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently suspend your account to take a break from gaming.

Self-exclusion requests, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. airionplay will not accept deposits or allow gaming activity from a self-excluded account.

11 Changes to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the airionplay platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
